General College Application Steps
Prior to applying to college, students should have met with their CCHS counselor to review the process and resources, as well as complete essential tasks in Naviance. The steps and resources below are a generalization of the process and should not be used as a substitute for meeting with a CCHS counselor.

Post Grad Mission Statement
The Post Graduate Center provides students with the knowledge and resources needed so each individual student feels that he or she is empowered to make an appropriate choice for his or her post graduate plans. The Post Graduate Center provides opportunities and education to all students, parents, and families concerning college searches, admissions, financial aid, and possible scholarship opportunities. The Post Graduate Center works closely with colleges to provide accurate information and fosters the relationship with a broad variety of colleges to be able to meet the needs of the individual student.
